There is no central air conditioning: every room has a fan and a portable unit is available. Access to the house involves a long flight of steps, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Villa Botanic is your Mediterranean escape in Rincón de la Victoria: a bright whitewashed villa surrounded by a lush garden of cacti, palms and native plants, with sea views and a private pool. It is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking comfort, privacy and coastal charm, just 15 minutes' walk from the beach.
Outside, life revolves around the pool terrace with its Andalusian balustrade, the modern pergola with an outdoor dining area overlooking the sea, and the ping pong table for endless afternoons of fun. Inside, the villa offers a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker), 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Every room has a fan, and a portable air conditioning unit is available to keep you cool in summer.
Villa Botanic sleeps up to 8 guests, and we can provide a baby cot and high chair at no extra cost. Please note that access to the property involves a long flight of stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Villa Botanic sits on a hillside in Rincón de la Victoria, on the eastern Costa del Sol. The beach and the seafront promenade with its chiringuitos are around a 15-minute walk (or 2 minutes by car), and there are supermarkets and restaurants about 5 minutes away.
Málaga city centre: with its historic old town, the Picasso Museum and the port, is roughly 25 minutes by car, and Málaga-Costa del Sol airport (AGP) around 30 minutes. Golfers have a course just 7 minutes away, and the whole Axarquía coast is on your doorstep for day trips to Nerja, Frigiliana and beyond.

Super tolles Haus und vorallem sauber. Der pool mit dem schönen ausblick war wirklich das Herzstück des Hauses. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Bei Fragen und Co kommen immer super schnelle Antworten. Alles top. Ich würde aber empfehlen ein Auto zusätzlich zu mieten, da sich das Haus relativ weit oben befindet.
