Every property is personally inspected, prepared and managed by our own team, and every page shows the price from, live availability and real guest reviews.
We are not a booking platform. We are a local villa management company founded by Francisco and Isabel Tolosa, based in Malaga. When you book with us, you deal directly with the people who manage your villa. No middlemen, no call centres, no surprises on arrival.
Our guests include families seeking space and privacy, couples celebrating anniversaries, groups marking special occasions and travellers who have simply outgrown hotels. What they share is a desire for something more personal, more spacious and more authentically Andalusian.

We know each house, each neighbourhood and each restaurant worth the drive. We can arrange an early check-in when the cleaning schedule allows, airport transfers, cots and high chairs, groceries on arrival or a private chef. Ask a platform for that.

FAQ
All our villas include private pool, WiFi, full kitchen equipment, linen and towels. Most include air conditioning, outdoor dining areas, BBQ and private parking. Premium villas include weekly pool maintenance and additional amenities.
For peak summer (July-August) and Christmas/New Year, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. For shoulder season (May-June, September-October) 6-8 weeks is typically sufficient. Last-minute availability can occur but selection is limited. The earlier you book, the better your choice of property.
Many of our villas are specifically designed for families travelling with children. Properties include dedicated play areas, tipis, ping-pong tables and shallow-entry pools. Cots, highchairs and stair gates are available on request. Tell us your children's ages and we'll find you the ideal villa.
Usually yes. Villa Garden in Benajarafe and Gran Sol in Rincón de la Victoria are a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, so you could manage without one. Villa Miramar and Villa Botanic are 15 minutes on foot from the beach. Villa Nerja, Casa Alborán and Villa Selvatic are in the countryside or on the hills and a car is needed for beaches, shopping and day trips. Each villa page shows a distance table.
It depends on the villa and the season. In low season our houses start from around 80 to 210 € per night for the whole villa; in July and August the same villas cost from roughly 400 to 1,050 € per night. Every villa card and page shows its 'from' price, and the availability calendar on each page gives the exact price for your dates before you book.
For groups of six or more, almost always. A villa sleeping 10 to 12 at 400 to 600 € per night works out at 40 to 60 € per person, with a private pool, a full kitchen and no restaurant timetables. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in most of our villas, and there are no platform fees when you book direct.
Open the villa page, choose your dates in the availability calendar and follow the booking button: payment is made securely through our booking engine and you deal with our local team from the first message to departure. Direct bookings carry no platform fees; cancellation conditions are shown before you pay.
